OSU Extension offering Fall Wellness Challenge

0

The 2016 Fall Wellness Challenge by Ohio State University Extension’s Live Healthy Live Well Program is a FREE six week on-line email experience designed to help participants improve their health by encouraging physical activity, enjoying healthy foods, and practicing sound activity suggestions.

Those who sign up will receive two weekly e-communications from Ohio State University Extension containing research-based nutrition, health and fitness tips. Tracking logs will be available for download to help participants record their progress. A pre- and post-online survey will gather comments to improve future challenges. All collected data will be kept confidential.

Participants will be encouraged to “Take Time Out 4 Health!” by practicing healthy lifestyle behaviors. Each topic focuses on ways you can Take Time 4 Health. Join us as we encourage you to “Take Time” to laugh, have fun, be thankful, to move, to cook, to de-stress and to get your tune up. Sound like fun? If you are interested in joining this FREE on-line challenge, register by clicking on this sign-up link: http://go.osu.edu/FAYLHLWF16
