Chapman and Ashley Fluent of Alliance, Nebraska (formerly of Washington Court House) are proud to announce the birth of their son Cael Mathew Fluent.
Cael was born on Sunday July 12, 2015 at 9:17 p.m. at the Regional West Birth and Infant Care Center in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. He weighed seven pounds, 15 ounces and was 19 ½ inches long.
His maternal grandparents are Mike and Susan Mills of Washington Court House and his paternal grandmother is Betsy Stewart of Washington Court House.
Cael’s great grandparents are Joe and Carolyn Mallow of Washington Court House. His paternal great grandparents are Wally Matson of Washington Court House, Ohio; Terry Fluent of Andover, Ohio; Barb Morelock of Mcarthur, Ohio.
