Jeff Library teaches children about voting

In keeping with the theme of the day, Election Day, Miss Bonnie’s Story Hour recently taught the kids on the subject of voting at the Jeffersonville Public Library. Miss Bonnie read “Vote for Me,” a story about voting and then the kids were able to vote on their favorite character, Clifford or Arthur, where Clifford won by a landslide, and they also voted on whether or not they liked ice cream or a happy meal the best.

They also played instruments, jumped to the song “Jump” by Milkshake, and created a neat song box as their craft.

Those participating were Grandma Kay, Landon, Asia, Gabriella, Kenedi, Bailey, Joel, Ellia, Jordyn and Jaden. Not pictured is Addie.
