WCR Incorporated, in an effort to expand the plant on the corner of Rose Avenue and Delaware Street, moved in machinery with a large crane throughout the last week. WCR extended a thank you to its neighbors for their patience and an apology for the inconvenience. Additionally, they thanked the City of Washington Court House for their cooperation with closing the road so they could get the project finished.
