Feb. 17

Sarah R. Karber, 27, at large, inducing panic.

Juan Gonzalez DeLuna, 20, at large, inducing panic.

Christopher M. Ward, 44, 545 Washington Ave., domestic violence (fourth-degree felony).

Jacob T. Smith, 20, 35 Residence Drive, no front plate, tinted license plate cover.

Jacquelyn D. Koehring, 78, 227 N. Main St., improper backing.

Scott M. Morris, 33, 78 Midland Ave., Bloomingburg, no operator’s license, failure to yield.

Feb. 16

Bobby J. Adams, 43, 22 Colonial Court, bench warrant – failure to comply.

Donnarae Gibson, 63, 894 Linden Ave., possession of drug abuse instruments, drug paraphernalia.

Amanda R. Furguson, 26, at large, no operator’s license, expired registration.

Edward A. Wild, 31, 1224 S. Hinde St., resisting arrest (second-degree misdemeanor), misconduct at emergency (first-degree misdemeanor).
