Why is it so hard to encourage one another?
Do we have trouble cheerleading another person’s successes?
Why is complimenting a family member such a struggle?
Do we get upset when another person’s child excels in sports?
We would all have to answer one or all of these questions in the affirmative if we are honest with ourselves. These issues create drama and turmoil in our own emotional lives, affect the people we rub shoulders with, and build walls of offense and insecurities within our families.
Join us at our Logos meeting Tuesday, March 7 at 7 p.m. at Washington High School’s Liberty Hall, 1200 Willard St. in Washington C.H. Happy hour will begin at 6 p.m. with homemade cookies and coffee. Childcare will be provided.
