Minyo ‘outstanding’ at State Fair

Spencer Minyo of Washington C.H. won an “Outstanding of the Day” in the Mastering Photography category at the 2015 Ohio State Fair. Minyo was judged on his knowledge of photography and his photographic ability. He is a member of the Charm-n-Farm 4-H Club, and a sophomore at Washington High School. Minyo is the 15-year-old son of Buck and Debbie Minyo.
