The Fayette County Commission on Aging has announced its menu and activities for the week of Aug. 31-Sept. 4.
MENU:
Monday: BBQ beef sandwich, potato wedges, seasoned green beans, unfrosted spice cake, fruit.
Tuesday: Ham and soup beans, cornbread, warm fruit, cole slaw.
Wednesday: Boneless pork chop, glazed sweet potatoes, lima beans, unfrosted cake, fruit
Thursday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, seasoned carrots, fruit, ginger snaps.
Friday: Oven fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, seasoned green beans,roll, unfrosted cake.
ACTIVITIES:
Monday: 8:30 a.m. Walk With Us, 9 a.m. Aerobics, 10 a.m. rhythm band, 11:30 a.m. lunch, 12:30 p.m. chair volleyball.
Tuesday: 10 a.m. exercise, 10:30 a.m. blood pressure, 11:30 a.m. lunch, 12:30 p.m. euchre,Wii Bowling.
Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. Walk With Us, 9 a.m. aerobics, 10 a.m. exercise, Caregivers Support meeting, 11:30 a.m. lunch, 12:30 p.m. chair volleyball, 1 p.m. line dancing, painting class.
Thursday: 10 a.m. exercise, chorus, 10:30 a.m. memory class, 11:30 a.m. lunch, 1230 p.m. bingo.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. Walk With Us, 9 a.m. aerobics, 10 a.m. ballroom dancing, 10:30 a.m. flu shot clinic, 11:30 a.m. lunch.
