Felony criminal arraignments in the Fayette County Court of Common Pleas

The following people were on the docket for arraignment recently on felony criminal charges in the Fayette County Court of Common Pleas:

— Cole W. Hagler, 21, of Washington C.H., on charges of aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felony; possession of drug abuse instruments, misdemeanor of the second degree; obstruction of official business, misdemeanor of the second degree; and possession of cocaine, a fifth-degree felony. Public defense attorney Kristina Oesterle was appointed as counsel.

— Justin R. Justice, 38, of Mt. Sterling, on charges of grand theft of a firearm, third-degree felony; three counts of theft, fifth-degree felonies; misuse of a credit card, fifth-degree felony; grand theft of a motor vehicle, fourth-degree felony; and receiving stolen property, fourth-degree felony. Counsel is Thomas J.C. Arrington.

— Bradley B. Hixson, 32, of Washington C.H., on charges of possession of drugs and possession of heroin, each a fifth-degree felony. Thomas J.C. Arrington is counsel in the case.

— Brooke D. Conover, 34, of Washington C.H., on charges of possession of cocaine and possession of heroin, each a fifth-degree felony. Counsel in the matter is Scott Evans.

— Tyler Sims, 34, of New Holland, on a charge of non-support of dependents, a fifth-degree felony. Thomas J.C. Arrington was appointed as counsel in the case.

— Toby N. Thompson, 35, of Mt. Sterling, on charges of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony, and illegal possession of drug paraphernalia, a fourth-degree misdemeanor. Kathryn Hapner is counsel in the case.

— Ashley Taylor-Bryan, 32, of Washington C.H., on a charge of theft by deception, a fifth- degree felony. Scott Evans is counsel in the case.

The Paint Valley Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health (ADAMH) Services Board contracts with two providers to give services to people in Fayette County struggling with opioid and drug use:
