Herron Entertainment will be bringing nationally recognized stand-up comedians to Streetside 62 on Sept. 26 at 8:30 p.m. to help raise money for expenses incurred from Shane Langley’s medical bills and untimely passing. Tickets can be purchased at herroncomedyshows.com.

On Sept. 26, Herron Entertainment will be coming to Washington Court House to host a benefit for Shane Langley, a local native who recently passed away.

Herron Entertainment will be bringing nationally recognized stand-up comedians to Streetside 62. Herron Entertainment was founded by Washington C.H. native Ron Herron, and is located in New York. Herron, who is a 1993 graduate of Washington High School, manages comedians, actors, musicians, and models all over the country. He also produces comedy shows and other special events.

Langley helped Herron with his web design in 2014. As a way to honor his memory and long time friendship with Shane, Herron is hosting this event to raise money to help with expenses incurred from Shane’s medical bills and untimely passing.

Shane Carl William Langley, 43, of Washington C.H., died Sunday, Aug. 2, at 5:30 p.m. at Mount Carmel West in Columbus where he had been a patient for two weeks.

Herron Entertainment held a large show here at Quail Run Golf Course last month, where Langley was the DJ, and in Delaware in February, where he was the videographer.

Tickets are preferred to be sold prior to the event and may be purchased online at herroncomedyshows.com. Tickets are selling fast, so remember to get one before they are sold out.

Additionally, event organizers are looking for sponsors to help offset the costs of the event. If anyone is interested, please review the sponsorship packages. Contact Angie Mellott at (614) 554-7751 for more details or questions.

The sponsorship packages include:

Bronze ($75) includes – Two tickets to the show, the sponsor will be mentioned on all promotional items, radio, newspapers and social media when applicable, a company logo on banner at show and one free appetizer.

Silver ($100) includes – Four tickets to the show, the sponsor will be mentioned on all promotional items, radio, newspapers and social media when applicable, a company logo on the banner at show and two free appetizers.

Organizers said they are excited about this event and are hoping for an amazing turnout. They would like to thank Matt Pettit for helping put this event together and for offering his restaurant, Streetside 62, as the host location.

The community is invited to attend for great entertainment, delicious food, and a wonderful cause. There is no better way to honor the memory of Langley than with a night of laughter.
