Fox Jewelers, a fixture in Washington Court House for 27 years, has moved to 296 Blackstone St. next to Johnson Insurance.

Don Fox started in the jewelry business in 1983, working in a store in Hillsboro. In 1988, he opened his own store in Washington Court House. Son, Jason, started in the business in 1987. Together they have become one of the premier jewelry operations in the area. Jason has always said, “If you don’t know diamonds, know your jeweler.”

For two seasons, this reporter had the distinct pleasure of working for Don and Jason as an elf during the Christmas holiday. I was never any good at sales but I looked good in the hat! Today, Don and Jason have knowledgeable and capable staff who can help you with your jewelry needs.

Don and Jason, who have a combined 71 years of experience, are excited about their new location and want everyone, current and potential customers, to know that all the services are still being offered at the same high quality everyone is used to. Some of those services are sale of jewelry, appraisals, custom work, and, they will continue their tradition of taking jewelry trade-ins.

Fox Jewelers also offers special orders. If the item you are looking for is not in stock, they will gladly special order it for you.

The new location has plenty of parking right outside the front door. Stop in to see their new display area and to start your holiday gift list or wish list.
