BREAKING AND ENTERING: Thomas Maxie reported that sometime over the past few weeks someone entered his garage and removed numerous items.

POSSESSION DRUG ABUSE INSTRUMENTS/DRUG PARAPHERNALIA: Officers responded to a residence on Walnut Street to assist the squad with a call of an unresponsive male. Upon arrival, officers located drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia in an open purse belonging to a female who was present at the residence. Jessica L Abdon was arrested for the offenses.
