Chiropractic Health & Wellness presents donation to veterans’ resource center

This October, Chiropractic Health and Wellness hosted a Patient Appreciation Day to benefit veterans in need of food assistance.

Patients received services at a discounted rate, and all proceeds from the day were donated to Military Veterans Resource Center, a non-profit organization that provides employment and supportive services, including food assistance, to veterans and families.

On Dec. 14, Dr. Gregory Flerchinger and his staff presented Military Veterans Resource Center with a donation of $1,124. According to MVRC Executive Director Len Proper, with the donations collected, Military Veterans Resource Center will be able to provide over 4,000 meals to veterans and families.

The Chiropractic Health and Wellness team has long supported veterans in their community. This is the second year they have raised funds for Military Veterans Resource Center. Chiropractic Health and Wellness also participates in The Patriot Project, a program that offers free chiropractic services to veterans and their immediate family members.
