According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

FEB. 15

OBSTRUCTING OFFICIAL BUSINESS: Following a domestic argument, Shandyle D. Harrah of Zanesville was arrested for obstructing official business after she gave officers a false name and date of birth.

OBSTRUCTING OFFICIAL BUSINESS: During a traffic stop, Chad S. Johnson of Magnolia, Texas, was arrested for obstructing official business after he gave officers a false name and date of birth.

THEFT: Justin T. Smith of Washington Court House reported the theft of vehicle parts from behind a residence on West Oak Street.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE/DOMESTIC BY THREATS: While investigating theft complaints, both Justin T. Smith and Gary L. Jackson, both of Washington Court House, reported a domestic incident. Gary Jackson was arrested for domestic violence, Justin T. Smith was arrested for domestic violence by threats.
