The Washington Rotary Club is celebrating Little League’s 62nd anniversary by sponsoring a fish fry for the benefit of the Little League Baseball program in Fayette County.

The public is invited and urged to participate in support of this program. The date for this annual event is May 6. As usual this will be a Friday evening activity and serving times will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Mahan Building on the Fayette County Fairgrounds.

Price for the full course meal this year will be $7 and will include one fish or ham sandwich, baked beans, slaw, choice of beverage, and a cookie. The Washington Rotary Club assures everyone a fine evening and a good meal.

All Rotarians will be participating in hosting this fish fry and they will all have tickets. Tickets will also be sold by members of Little League.

Chelsie Hornsby said that since this supper is for the support of a good and valuable program, donations of materials, supplies, and/or money will be gratefully accepted. For further information, please call Angie Mellott at 614-554-7751 or Jared Clark at 614-557-6838.
