According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

APRIL 10

OVI/NO OPERATOR’S LICENSE/FICTITIOUS REGISTRATION: At 1:55 a.m. Justin Wilson, age 21, of Washington Court House, was cited for OVI, no operator’s license and fictitious registration.

THEFT: At 5:30 p.m., the WPD received a report from employees of Walmart of a theft. Upon responding Milisa Van Steenis was arrested for theft and transported to the Fayette County Jail.

APRIL 9

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Mendy Short reported that during a verbal argument with a household or family member, she was physically assaulted. Mitchell W. Lindsey was arrested for the offense.

THEFT: Jane Ann Massie reported that sometime overnight someone entered her vehicle while it was parked at 400 N. Glenn Ave. and removed property.

CRIMINAL DAMAGING/THEFT: Renee Lewis reported that while her vehicle was parked in the 200 block of E. Court Street, someone shattered the rear passenger side window on her vehicle and removed property.
