Siddell, 50, was located by Washington C.H. Police on Dec. 20, 2015 inside a garage on East Paint Street.

A neighbor called police after observing an unknown, suspicious acting man entering the garage of a residence on East Paint Street, according to the report.

Police observed a personal door on the garage moving, then slammed shut. Police located a man inside the garage and ordered him out of the garage. The man was identified as Siddell and there was a bench warrant for his arrest, the statement read.

Police said they found Siddell to be in possession of several pipe valves and other scrap metal pieces that were identified as having come from inside the garage where Siddell was located.

Siddell was arrested by Washington C.H. Police and transported to the Fayette County Jail. He was served a copy of his bench warrant and additionally charged with breaking and entering.

The items were photographed and returned to the property owner. An orange bucket full of scrap metal and wire that, according to the victim, Siddell had filled while in the garage, was also photographed, according to police.

Siddell is scheduled for sentencing July 25 at the Fayette County Court of Common Pleas.
