COA lunch menu and activities


The Fayette County Commission on Aging has released its menu and activities for the week of May 23 – 27.

MENU

Monday: Stuffed pepper, scalloped potatoes, warm fruit, cottage cheese, gingersnaps

Tuesday: Ham and turkey on croissant, macaroni salad, tomato slice/lettuce, fruit, fruit juice.

Wednesday: BBQ chicken breast, mashed potatoes and gravy, Chuck Wagon corn, sugar free pudding, fruit.

Thursday: Spaghetti and meatballs, seasoned spinach, warm garlic toast, tossed salad, fruit.

Friday: Roast beef, augratin potatoes, seasoned broccoli, unfrosted cake, fruit.

ACTIVITIES

Monday: 8:30 a.m.Walk With Us, 9 a.m. aerobics, 11:30 a.m. lunch and 12:30 p.m. chair volleyball.

Tuesday: 10 a.m. exercise, 11:30 a.m. lunch and 12:30 p.m. Euchre.

Wednesday: 8:30 a.m.Walk With Us, 9 a.m. aerobics, 10 a.m.exercise, 11:30 a.m. lunch, 12:30 p.m. PERI Meeting and chair volleyball.

Thursday: 10 a.m. exercise, 10:30 a.m. blood pressure, 11:30 a.m. lunch and 12:30 p.m. bingo.

Friday: 8:30 a.m.Walk With Us, 9 a.m. aerobics, 10:30 a.m. blood pressure, 80’s club and 11:30 a.m. lunch.
