Miami Trace/Great Oaks hires a third FFA teacher

0

Starting with the 2015-2016 school year, Miami Trace Great Oaks will hire a third agriculture education teacher/ FFA advisor.

Wendi Stachler has 16 years of teaching experience. She previously taught at Kindred FFA Chapter in North Dakota, Fairview FFA Chapter in Ohio, and at London FFA Chapter in London. Stachler was also an education specialist/research assistant for the Quentin Burdick Center for Cooperatives, Agribusiness and Applied Economics Department.

Over the past few years, the Miami Trace FFA Chapter has increased from an average of 150 members to 200 members. Along with this increase in members, the chapter will start an eighth grade program for the middle school which brings the need for a third teacher.

Stachler will be teaching business management and animal/plant science. We are very fortunate to expand our FFA program with the addition of Mrs. Stachler, allowing us to grow as a chapter.
