The Fayette County Commission on Aging has released its menu and activities for the week of Aug. 1-5.
Lunch Menu:
Monday: Hamburger, seasoned potatoes, baked beans, sugar free pudding, fruit.
Tuesday: Polish sausage, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes with chives, warm fruit, animal crackers.
Wednesday: Chicken noodles. mashed potatoes, seasoned green beans, roll, fruit.
Thursday: Beef vegetable soup, pimento cheese sandwich, crackers, tossed salad, fruit.
Friday: Roast pork, dressing with gravy, buttered peas, seasoned carrots, fruit.
Activities:
Monday: 8:30 a.m. – Walk With Us, 9 a.m. – Aerobics, 11:30 a.m. – Lunch, 12:30 p.m. – Chair volleyball
Tuesday: 10 a.m. – Exercise, 11 a.m. – Blood pressure, 11:30 a.m. – Lunch, 12:30 p.m. Euchre, 1 p.m. – Painting class
Wednesday: 8:30 a.m. – Walk With Us, 9 a.m. – Aerobics, 10 a.m. – Caregiver support mtg, exercise, 11:30 a.m. – Lunch, 12:30 p.m. – Chair volleyball
Thursday: 10 a.m. – Exercise, 11:30 a.m. – Lunch, 12:30 p.m. – Bingo
Friday: 8:30 a.m. – Walk With Us, 9 a.m. – Aerobics, 11:30 a.m. – Lunch
