Due to the Miami Trace Homecoming festivities this week, the Sept. 28 Fayette County 4-H Teen Leadership Council meeting is cancelled.

The next meeting is Wednesday, Oct. 5 from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Fayette County Extension Office. The Teen Leadership Council, TLC is open to any 4-H member in the eighth grade and up. The focus of this leadership group is on citizenship, service and social activities. TLC members will be helping with the upcoming election, visiting the Miami Trace school board meeting, the Washington City Council and conducting their annual Jingle Bell 5K in December.
