Edward Jones, located at 247 E. Court St., is a new addition to the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce.
Edward Jones has been in continuous operation in Washington Court House since 1984 and has served multiple generations of local families. The branch team of Justin Dawson and Sheila Kassulke have a combined 14 years of experience with the company. Justin served eight years in the US Army, and also worked in management in both the retail and manufacturing sectors prior to his career at Edward Jones.
“We are proud of the success we have achieved, which has been made possible by our wonderful clients and will soon be expanding our presence in the community by opening a second branch office,” said Dawson. “Client service is the bedrock of our branch philosophy. We strive to deliver a predictable, transparent experience designed around our clients’ needs.”
Nationally, Edward Jones has been providing investment solutions and financial planning services for individual investors in rural America since 1922. Edward Jones has received numerous accolades by a variety of publications for investor satisfaction, including the prestigious J.D. Power President’s Award in January of 2016 recognizing their commitment to excellence in client and financial satisfaction.
The local branch hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, as well as evenings and Saturdays by request.
When asked what makes their company unique, Dawson said, “We are unique because we are one of the only firms to focus exclusively on the individual investor. We are also quite proud of our partnership structure. Our interests our aligned directly with those of our clients rather than the shareholder. Our branch office structure is also unique in that our locations are designed around client convenience. Our locations are typically staffed with one financial advisor and one branch office administrator, providing a very predictable experience for clients. We are extremely thankful for the continued trust of our clients and do not take the responsibility lightly. In an ever evolving, complex world, we go to great lengths to be available to our community and communicate in terms that can be easily understood.”
