The Washington Blue Lion tennis team hosted the Cavaliers of Chillicothe High School for an SCOL match Monday, April 18.
The Cavaliers took the match, 5-0.
At first singles, Ken Upthegrove lost to Joseph Herliky, 7-6 (7-3), 3-6, 6-10.
At second singles, Grant Mustain lost to Will Krieger, 0-6, 0-6.
Third singles had Jordan Behm losing to Shawn McCorkle, 1-6, 2-6.
At first doubles, Madalyn Wayne and Max Schroeder lost to Gabby Lupurga and Ryan Litler, 0-6, 2-6.
At second doubles, Jakob Snyder and Brody Morris fell to Max Krieger and Pierce Wissler, 6-3, 6-7 (3-7), 3-10.
In a j-v match, Washington’s Jack Luebbe lost to Keaton Dove, 5-8 in a pro set.
