Free physicals for all High School and Middle School students will be held on Thursday, June 16 from 5-8 p.m. at the Hospital Medical Arts Building No. 2.

Parents should pick up a physical from either the Middle School or High School main offices or print it off the Athletic Department Website under resources.

A copy of additional information from the hospital can also be found under resources there as well.

Parents should fill out and sign all parts of the physical and bring that with their athlete on June 16.
