Lady Panthers soccer drops 4-2 match at Wilmington

WILMINGTON — The Miami Trace Lady Panther soccer team went on the road Tuesday, playing their final SCOL match at Wilmington High School against the Hurricane.

Wilmington won the match, 4-2.

For Miami Trace, Morgan Eggleton scored a goal.

Becca Ratliff also scored for Miami Trace on a direct kick with 1:26 to play in the game.

Taylor Barrett had six saves in goal and Khenadi Grubb had two saves for Miami Trace.

Miami Trace (0-4 overall, 0-2 in the SCOL) will play at McClain High School in Greenfield Thursday at 7 p.m.

The Lady Panthers will play at Carlisle Saturday at noon.

Miami Trace girls soccer lost 2-4 to Wilmington. Morgan Eggleton scored a goal. Becca Ratliff also scored for us from a direct kick with 1:26 left in the game. Taylor Barrett had 6 saves in goal and Khenadi Grubb had 2 saves in goal.
