Robert Nungester III, 26, Circleville, theft (first-degree misdemeanor).

Jerry Clark, 26, Amanda, theft (first-degree misdemeanor).

James L. Hayner, 28, at large, probation violation (two counts).

Rachel C. Queen, 31, 531 1/2 Third St., no operator’s license.
