According to reports, the Washington C.H. Police Department responded to the following calls:

Jan. 27

Bench Warrant: Officers were sent to the Fayette County Jail in reference to Robert Heath having an active bench warrant out for his arrest. Heath was arrested, served a copy of the warrant and provided his court date and time.

Bench Warrant: Officers were sent to the Fayette County Jail in reference to Jordan Hale having an active bench warrant for his arrest. Hale was arrested, served a copy of the warrant and provided his court date and time.

Jan. 26

Theft: Officers were sent to TSC in reference to a theft complaint. Upon investigation, it was determined that Jason Fuller had allegedly stolen items from the business. Fuller was arrested and transported to the Fayette County Jail where he was charged with theft.

Traffic Crash: Officers were dispatched to Circle Avenue and South Fayette Street for a two-vehicle crash. Upon investigation, it was determined that Fredric Butcher allegedly failed to stop at the stop sign, which contributed to the crash. Butcher was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign.

Identity Fraud: Officers responded to 429 Broadway St. in reference to an identity theft complaint. The complainant advised that unknown person(s) opened a bank account up in her name without permission. The investigation is ongoing.

Bench Warrant: Officers were sent to the Fayette County Jail in reference to Katherine Frederick having an active bench warrant out for her arrest. Frederick was arrested, served a copy of the warrant and provided her court date and time.
