William L. Pointer, 45, Dayton, bench warrant – failure to appear.
Tommie R. Knisley, 38, 1020 Lewis St., operation of motorcycle violation.
Luke N. Zimmerman, 21, Bloomingburg, operation of motorcycle violation.
Charles I. Jones III, 55, at large, non-compliance suspension, failure to display registration, aggravated menacing (first-degree misdemeanor).
