Jeremy R. Basham, 45, Kingsport, Tennessee, breaking and entering, criminal damaging (two counts), theft.

Thaddeus K. Johnson, 26, 509 2nd St., Madison County bench warrant, non-compliance suspension.
Richard D. Swayne, 40, 5072 Locust Grove Road, criminal trespass.
Matthew O. Wyburn, 46, 1002 Golfview Drive, bench warrant – civil protection order violation, bench warrant – failure to appear (four counts).

Timothy D. Mullins, 49, Greenfield, bench warrant – failure to comply (two counts).
