According to reports, the following individuals have been arrested or cited by the Washington C.H. Police Department. They are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

Oct. 7

Jennifer M. Moore, 48, London, stop sign violation, expired registration.

Calvin Lee Whitt, 83, Hillsboro, expired registration.

Brenda K. Oberding, 61, 914 N. North St., child endangerment.

Oct. 6

Derrick A. Lebeau, 40, Bloomingburg, display of expired tags violation.

Eric M. Dean, 34, 328 Broadway St., OVI, OVI per se, failure to control.
